Felix looked round, startled at how quickly Artemises attention had switched to Sina. Emidietly his lips turned back to a himans and he said "Hay, leave her alone. Everyone in this world has some sort of physical connection to animals, hadent you noticed?" He lifted his wings in teh air slightly as a demenstration. "Every ones connections differnt though. Some were bornthat way, others have two souls, some are two creatures locked in one body, some got that way by magic and some... well soem I dont even knwo how they ended up taht way. What im trying to say is shes just one of us, not a sinister being."

There's a certain... voice inside my head. His name's Nergur..." Suddenly, the lycon growled at her. Idiot! Y-you told them my name! There are curses that can be laid upon creatures- horrible ones- an all it takes is for the caster to know the victim's name...[/color] But Sina ignored him, now aware that none of them would bother cursing either Nergur or herself. "He's some kind of wolf. You were right, Artemis. However, he's really a Lycon- they're a more... advanced... race. Somehow, he's gotten himself stuck in my head, and neither of us have been able to fix it. We've been this way for a while, so we can stand it... to an extent. Their are times it gets inconvinient. Like now, he's annoyed with me for giving away so much information. But I feel as if I can trust you. Can't I?" She stared pointedly at the demon boy.[/size][/center] |

Emyt yawned. "I wasn't saying that she's a sinister being. I was just asking a question." He shrugged, stretching. "Bah, horrible curses. Whatev'." The twenty-one year old grinned, turning his head towards the others.
"So, now that we all know who is who and their names"-- He hadn't said his yet...-- "I would love to know what we are doing here." He kept his head aimed towards Sina. To him, this girl was fascinating, amazing, lovely. He shook his head, turning back to Felix.
"We all have a connection to animals?" He asked, surprised. "That explains a lot to me now." He said. No wonder. He never knew that. Ruffling his white hair, he yawned again. Emyt didn't really care for an answer.
"So, anybody up for a little hunt?" Emyt said suddenly.

"Sorry, i am very sorry, i can get startled by wolves, I do not think you are sisester i have never met anyone like that" she perked her ears up at hunt and laid her bow nad arrow on the floor. "hunting, i am hungry" she said slipping her top and trousers of to show her thick skinned hunting gear.

"Hunting ay? I havent tried out hunting in my Phoenix form. Could be fun." He knew there were things like commen old rabbits here and deer but they werent going to try and bring down true Suteki creatures were they? Ryuu would not like it if one of the Nanashi were killed

"Hunting?" Sina looked thoughtfull for a moment, hardly excited by the idea, as she'd eaten a short while ago. But an excited howl from Nergur changed her mind. She remembered that she was human and Nergur was animal- he prefered his meat raw. Andsince they hadn't had the chance to turn into Nergur's physical form in weeks, it had been a long time since the lycon had a good meal.
"Okay, I'm up for it!" announced the girl, looking far from being a hunter. If she had been a canine, however, her tail would have surely been wagging. |

Emyt grinned widely. "Now that we all agreed on hunting, let's think of what we should hunt. I think we should start off with a few deer. The Jesters and the Nanashis and whatever else are here should not be attacked. Ever." The boy turned suddenly, starting off somewhere random.
Hopping into a tree, he pushed a few leaves away and drew out a well-carved longbow and a quiver of arrows. He was well prepared, aye? A large knife for carving and skinning was also hidden in the quiver. He went back to the group.
He turned to look at Artemis. "I think you should know where the best hunting grounds are?" Emyt asked, raising a brow. The blindfold still felt eerie.

Artemis gave him a sly grin before picking up her bow and arrows, smelling the air and running towards the forest. She strecked through the forest like a blur. Beofre stopping by another larger claering. She gestured to the huge lake in the middle of it with many deer lurking around. "This good enough for you?" she asked Emyt suddenly leaping ot grab a small rabbit nad devouring it "Sorry i was getting annoyed by it and my ocelot side likes raw meat." she pulled an arow from her quiver and shot it through a deers heart. "Rest forever" hse murmered over its dead body after running to it.

(Well that was easy... you would have thought the deer would have heard us all a mile off)
Felix was starting to feel hungry. Until that fateful day when he had discoverd the portal to Suteki and gained his other soul, seeing Artemis kill a deer and eat a rabbit like that would have disgusted him. But now it just made him desperate to hunt as well. The herd of deer werte long gone though, scared away by their companions fall.

Sina watched the deer go in dispair, mostly on Nergur's part. Again, he showed her his discomfort and eagerness to get started hunting. She glanced down at Atremis's catch, wondering if the ocelot woman would share, but Nergur quickly shoved the idea out of her head- it would be undignefied to eat meat caught by anyone except himself.
She scanned the clearing, then looked to the others, to see wat they would do. Apparently Felix was occupied with the fact that the herd had left, as well. So she began to walk off in a rather random direction, allowing the lycon to begin to take over her sences and guide them to food. [/center] |

Felix noticed with a start that Sina was heading off and decided to follow her. Chances were she would know were she was going. was there another good scource of food nearby that she knew of?

Emyt was already gone. He had left a long time ago, when the other three had left to go after the deer. Surprisingly enough, Sina was walking right towards him. The blind boy knew nothing of that, however.
"Ugh. Glad to be out of that." He said to himself, pulling the blindfold down and climbing up a tree. His eyes traveled around the terrain, looking for any sign of life.
The sound of light hoof beats came to the tiefling's ears. He turned his head, smiling. It was a stag; he could tell from the heavier steps and the shorter strides. Positioning himself on the thick branch, he felt his whole body tense up. Emyt narrowed his blind eyes, and then pounced.
Only the cry of the fallen deer was heard.

Realising she was being followed, Sina instantly told Nergur to stop, turned, and kangarooed her head at Felix.
"Yes? Not to be rude, but... why are you following me?"
It was then, before he could answer, she heard a cry. And, surprisingly, it was only a little ways behind her. Again, she turned and faced the direction she had been walking earlier, to see Emyt, no more than 15 feet away, crouching over a newly-killed deer. Neither she nore Felix had made an noise thus far as Nergur led them to stalk their prey, but already it had been clamed.
"Fine then. While you people are killing things left and right, Felix and I will do some more sophisticated hunting. " She called to Emyt, before the stubborn girl stomped off, leaving Felix to decide whether to follow her and put up with her aggitation, or to do his hunting solo. "C'mon, bird-man." [/center] |

Felix opened his mouth to say something at several times between her asking what he was doing and telling him to come, but to no avail. And suddenly she had stalked past him. He blinked, looked at her, lookedat Emyt and then cried "Bye!" to the strange man beofre hrring after Sina.

"This is sophisticated hunting!" Emyt called back, lowering his head to skin the deer and save the best of the dead animal. On his hips was a small pack, and he soon placed the meat inside. He yawned, then left the remains for the carnivorous animals. He followed the other two, his bright blue-silver eyes locked on Sina.
"What's wrong?" He asked curiously, kangarooing his head like a puppy would. If he had a tail, it would be a wagging blur. "We can share, you know. I don't eat THAT much." He grinned.
