 Aura stood on the top of one of the many peaks in the mountain range here. She looked down at the large, steep sided valley below her and got ready to through herself off her perch. Her main tail waved gently as she calculated which place would be the best to jump from, her two, longer lesser tails doing the same but out of synch with each other. It was a great day for flying. The wind was strong enough to help her with her flying but not too strong as to blow her off course. She paused, lined herself up right and then through herself into the air, pushing off from the rock with her long back legs. As she plummeted down towards the ground she tucked her small wings into her side, her long ears and tails whipping around madly as she fell. Just a few feet from the valley floor she snapped her armored wings open (though they were too small to stop her descent completely) and used her wind magic to slowly lower her self to the ground. She was just getting ready to fly back up again to repeat the little game when she thought her sensitive years detected another creature here somewhere near by. (First peron to do a proper RP repleey gets this little windy creature:)  |

 (using my new Hikura of course ^^) Inaru's floppy ears tilted as he heard another Hikura around. Being blind he couldn't exactly tell where she was or what she looked like nor could he see any facial expression to tell if she was hostile or friendly. He could only hear the wind above whipping along and the whispers of the water, the earth, and the shining rays of light from the sun. I've never met another creature before... I wonder if I should say hello? he thought, being shy as usual. |

She swung her head round curiously tewards the noise. What was it? She drept aloung with her ears and wings tucked down, trying to be stelfy. The problem was though, her back legs were longer then the front and she want bending them very much, resulting in her bum sticking up in the air.
She looked round the corner of a rock and and emidiatly forgot about trying to be stelthy. She reared up on her hind legs, her nromal standing position and said "Hello". To the stranger.

He heard her move and tilted his head, turning his un-seeing eyes at her with a curious blink. "Hello there. Nice to meet you..." A little bit of red came upon his cheeks. "My name is Inaru. What's yours?"
(he's embarassed because he's shy xD poor thing)

She tilted her head one way and then the other. Though he blinked he dident seem to notice this movement. And his eyes seemed kind of...wrong? Yes, there was sometjing odd about his eyes. Oh well, That was no reason not to be friendly tewards him.
"Hello there Inaru." She replied. "My names Aura."

He offered a sweet smile, though he seemed to be looking right past her since his head wasn't quite in the right direction. "Nice to meet you Aura. ...If I seem a bit off I apologize. You see, I'm completely blind. All I can follow is your voice."

She bobbed her haed near his a couple of eyes. He ddient even blink. So he was blind. "Oh you poor thing!" She exclaimed. She couldent imagine what it would be like to be blind. It would be awful.

He tilted his head slightly. He could hear her moving near his face. He supposed she just wanted to see if it would phase him so he excused it. "It's not so bad. I was born this way so I'm used to it." Inaru said with another sweet smile.

"So youve never seen colours? or trees, or mountains or rivers, or any thing?" Sge asked in surprise. How could he cope? And how could he fly without being able to see? He woudlent be able to tell how high up he was or anything!

"Never," he said, nodding. "But in a way I have... As with any Hikura I have ways of sensing the elements around me. The good part is blindness brings heightened other senses. I can hear better than most."

"Wow. Your hearing must be great, considereingother Hikuras have good hearing all ready. I guess it somes with the big ears." She said happily, shaking her head and making her ears flap against the side of it comicly. "Oh, and I bet you can use your tails to feel stuff." She continued, running one of her side tails aloung a near by rock.

She giggled and stuck out her tounge and pulled a funny face. "So you wouldent be able to tell if someone really ugly was talking to you.!" She stopped pulling the face and became thoughtful. "And you wouldent be able to tell if they were really pretty either. I kind of like that, most base a lot on looks."

 Not wanting to intrude on what seemed a private conversation, Suishou kept to the shadows, trying not to be seen. She just wanted a little company was all, but didn't want to interrupt another's peace and quiet. A naturally outgoing Hikura she was well known for shattering silences and otherwise giving away her location. She tried to quiet her breathing but the effort made her hiccup. |

Auras sensitve ears picked up the sound and twitched. She thought it sounded like a little hiccup or something. She pricked her long ears up and turned her head round, looking for the sourse of the sound.
