Children of the Elementals

"Akil" The water elemental replied just before getting nocked to teh ground by the sound wave. "damn!" He shouted and then swore loudly. "Seems they ahve worked out a way to release their dombined power. Ive only ever seen it happen once before and it only seems to work if ones dieing. At least the guy died last time." Suddenly je got knocked over again by a small whirl wind of air. He sware again and sent a jet of water at their attacker.

Blaize and Cal were stillw rithing on the floor whne teh shock wave hit them and were little effected by it though it did little to help thier current situation.

Kinira was struck by the water, her wing still too sore for her to dodge well. She screamed as she plummeted towards the ground. Just in time, K'shira caught her. "You okay, sis?" asked K'shira, concerned. Kinira got up. "Yeah, I'm fine. We've got to work together!" K'shira nodded and prepared a white-hot fireball. Kinira created a fierce whirlwind that K'shira added her fireball to, creating a white-hot tornado of fire. Together they split it in half, sending one half to hit the two earths, the other half to hit the waters.

[Fury]

Kayla, who'd been blasted backwards, snarled. She stumbled back to her feet and took her place beside Akil. "Nice to meet you...formalities later. For now we get a plan. Any ideas?"

[ryuu]

"Fight!" Akil yelped in an unusually high voice as he saw a fire turnado rush tewards them. He had also seen a simluer technique to this used before and knew what to do. He drew water water particules out of the air and created a sort of bouble around them. The fire hissed into steam on contect with it and the curved surface made the wind blow over them without harming them. He had seen someone try it before but with a straight wall and the wind had smacked straight into it, braking it and then hitting the water child hard.

Blaize and Cal slowly got back to their feet, flexing their muscles and whinsing form teh pain it coused them. they were going to have to fight then. they dident want to face electricution again.

Petal sobbed as Oak lay there. She wiped her eyes and looked up. A huge fireball was heading towards them. It just couldn't get any worse. She looked down again at Oak's face and in that instant realised that she loved him. So much! His perfect face, his bravery, everything about him. Knowing that she didn't have time to save him and herself she kissed him swiftly, murmuring "I love you," before running away, out of the fireball's path. She watched numbly as it incinerated the only person she had ever loved.

[Fury]

"Akil!" she cried out, once again landing backwards against a wall. She stumbled to her feet and summoned water up from the air, forming shields around them both. While their forms wavered as she wasn't very good at holding shapes they still held strong. "Are you okay?"

"Fine" He muttered back, letting his water sheild fine a little to check if teh cost was clear. He saw Oak, just a charred body on teh floor now. He had known him, if not well. It was not a good idea for them to get to know thsoe they might have to one day face in battle. But still, it saddended him, if just a little. It always did. he had never really got used to seeing others dead, though he would claim indifference if asked about it.

Petal, realising she had to carry on fighting ran towards the nearest elemental. She didn't know what would happen now that she had lost her partner. She walked up to the water and asked if he would ally with her.

[Fury]

Kayla narrowed her eyes slightly. If Akil allied with Petal would that leave her to fend for herself? Or would it give them a trio instead of just a partnership? She watched intently and hoped this didn't mean a disadvantage to herself. She didn't want to die.

[ryuu]

He blinked. This dident usealy happen. people on their own were usually killed quickly after their partner or else a new partner was brought in. There dident seem to be any sighn of somone being sent to help her, prehaps they hadent meant this fight to last as long as others. There was a chance they would all get punished for joining up together but on the other hand a earth healer coudl be very useful... "Okay then! He finaly agreed.

[chiaki]

She gasped with relief and turned to the one stood next to him. "I'm sorry if you feel I am intruding - but we could definitely be much stronger as a trio. Is that okay? Oh, and what are your names? I'm Petal," she gave a shy smile. She couldn't believe her luck. She hadn't expected him to say yes, but she really hoped his partner wasn't too jealous or offended.

Two more of the Elementals had appeared. One looked rather cross, with billowing blue and black hair and black eyes. Pitch black. He had wings, hued pitch black with maroon-y tips. Wearing fish net shirt and then a black tanktop over it, he was the clear sign of being dangerous. Eyeliner was covering the intensity of his eyes, and his slim body was as pale as snow.

The other one looked much more... Happier. Her bright blue eyes glowed happily, and she looked to be around the same age as the others, perhaps younger. She had no wings, but her pretty blonde hair seemed to be like the rippling of waves. She too, had pale skin. Perhaps siblings?

Cratos, the male, stepped forwards, looking both confused and annoyed. "Who do we fight, Nike?" He asked gruffly. Nike shrugged happily.

"Dunno! Maybe we can make friends instead!" She said cheerfully. Cratos growled and rolled his eyes. Wind furled up in his palm, in the shape of a windy bow. It was a composite Longbow, just to be sure. Nike frowned, but followed in his lead.

She drew water around her, creating a soft and pretty-like water whip. "Please, can we not fight?" She asked, though she knew the answer.

"No."
