Aura waited happily for Inaru to arrive. He had promised to meet her here at the meadow around this time. She had been worried about wether or not he would be able to find his way here but he had ashured her he had been many times. But he had never seen here before, that was the thing and aura couldent wait to show him the rolling emerald hills of grass coverd in exotic and colourfull flowers, the small clear river with its darting fishes and the distent wood, towering but not menecing. (1/20) ((I hope you dont mind that bit of power playing. This takes place a couple of days after the other thread. Remember all breading posts must be three lines long!)

(it's fine 2/20 sorry for not replying sooner!) Inaru landed carefully. Despite his blindness he did not stumble. He smiled at the direction he could sense Aura in and waved a wing in greeting. "Hey Aura!" He said happily. The silver Hikura laughed a little since he sensed her relief as well as surprise. "I told you I could get here safely. I did it all by myself!"

She smiled and called back "Dident doubt you for a secound" In a mock offended voice. Two wing beats brought her over to him and she asked "So what do you want to see first? Grass, flowers, sky, rocks, trees, rivers?" She was looking farwrad to showing himas many things as possible. (3/20)

(4/20) "Anything!" he announced with a unique sense of enthusiasm that nobody could really question. More often that not it could be thought that those with vision would take such things for granted. Since Inaru really didn't know what things were save for their feel and scent as well as a general shape given by sensing movement in the wind passing over the object, he was really different.

"Anything, aye?...Hmmm" She tried to think what to show him first. "what about grass? Grass is nice and...green. Very green. Lots of green..." As she babled away to herself she looked round for the nicest patch of grass she could find. It was all lovely and lush here though so finally she decided on a randomn spot. She turned to Inaru, her two lesser tails raised slightly in preperation. "Are you ready?" She asked.

(6/20) He nodded, trying not to appear as overly enthusiastic as he really was. Such things he'd never seen before! He knew the scent and the feel of the stuff beneath his paws but not its true appearance. Even the colour 'green' as she had put it didn't register in his mind. What was that? He could feel the small strands of it but when asked to describe it what would he have been able to say?

"Right then." She said and she placed one lesser tail on one side of his head and her other lesser tail on the other side. She concentrated on the grass, staring at it hard and slowly moving her gaze around. This was slightly differnt to what she had tried last time and she hoped it would work.

Inaru's own eyes became wide. "Wow..." he gasped. The images flooded his mind and slowly panned over the area. "...So this is what's around us? I bet it's all taken for granted most of the time. It's amazing!"

(9/20) "Yes..I guess your right." She answered, in a slightly sad type of way. When she thoght about it, she took it all for granted herself. Oh well, she wasnt the type to dwell on such things. "So what do you think of green? This is quite a rich, darkishy green. And ooh, look, thats a pretty pink flower there."

"I think I like the colour of the sky... Tell me, what is it called? It seems almost similar to the colour my stripes are if what you showed me earlier was right." He paused and tilted his head in his own characteristic way. His floppy ears fell sideways and he couldn't help but laugh. "Pink is lovely as well as is green. It's all amazing! ...What's the colour of that dark flower over there called? It smells like something somebody told me was called a rose. Is that right?"

She smiled widly. "That colour up there is blue. Your stripes are too, though they are a lot darker coloured." She glanced back at teh rose she had been looking at a split secound earlyer. "That colour is red, see how pink is a sort of paler varsion of it? Though with pink and red they have sepperate names but light blue and dark blue both come under blue. Lts of differnt shades of colours have their one names but they are not used her often and I dont know half of them."

"Ugh... my poor mind," he winced. "I never knew there was so many names for things! How can you deal with this without going insane? I feel as if my thoughts have been swollen with words. It's an odd sensation and it sort of hurts in a way. I believe the proper term is a head ache?"

She let out a laugh and dropped her lesser tails down to her side. The images dident disappear straight away but slowly faded away. She smiled a smile he could not see and said "Oh you poor thing! All thsoe names are just things im used to and since youve enver seen so many coplours and images before, I can see why youve ended up with a headache!" She realised something, "Oh, no pun intended, I ashure you!" (13/20)

He laughed along with her, a smile on his face. "It's alright. The pun's actually a little amusing despite it being not intended, Aura." Inaru stopped speaking for a time then an idea came about. "Hey Aura...? Want to see what I see? ...Well imagine? I'd love to share my world with you since you've shown me how you see yours."

She nodded her head, her ears pricked. But then remembered he coudlent see and so answered. "Yes..." It was hesitent at first, and then she said again with more conviction, "Yes , I think I would." She wondered what a world could look like when it had no colours or shapes or patterns, or anything like that. Sounded as though she was going to find out soon though.
